Coaching With Judy Rees
Before beginning a coaching programme with Judy Rees, you will be asked to sign a partnership agreement similar to the one below.
Coaching with Judy Rees
As discussed, we will be working together for a further 12 sessions. The first will take place at Xpm London time on DATE.
You are responsible for calling me at the allocated time via skype.
You will be invoiced for the programme in advance, via paypal. Please ensure this invoice is settled at least 24 hours before the first session.
The first coaching session will be used to establish clear principles, objectives and success measures for the coaching programme as a whole. These may be amended in the future by mutual agreement.

Our calls may be recorded by either party for personal reference. Any other use of such recordings is permitted only with the express written permission of the other party.
I am not currently a member of any official coaching body. However I do attend regular supervision sessions, and may mention you as a case study (without your name or identifying details). If you would not be happy with me using your case in this context, please let me know.
I am not currently a member of a coaching organisation. If in the future I apply for membership of such a group, they are likely to ask for a list of clients’ names and contact details as evidence of my experience. If you would not be happy with me using your personal details in this context, please let me know.
Other Information
This is a coaching partnership. I will help you to make decisions, but will not give direct advice. Therefore you are responsible for any actions you may take as a result of our conversations.
From time to time I may recommend books, products or services which I think may be of value to you. In some cases, I will receive an introduction fee.
Please treat your appointments with me as firm, and give as much notice as possible of any necessary change. Missed sessions will be charged for unless 48 hours notice is given. In the event of a skype failure, please call my mobile xxxxxxx.
One of the main ways I develop my business is through recommendations. If you are delighted with the service you receive from me, I would appreciate a public testimonial, and two introductions to friends or colleagues who you think may benefit from my services.
